What started out as a burning passion for web design turned into a need to create stunning websites for local businesses based in the Stoke and Staffordshire area.

Why do I need a new website?

I don’t have enough visitors to my website

How the process works

1.      Get in touch or fill out our design brief

Call or email us to let us know about your project, we’ll arrange a meeting to discuss your project in detail. Alternatively, you can complete our design brief ahead of our meeting so we can gather details ahead of speaking to you.

2.      Project proposal

Next, we will draw up a project proposal that outlines the details of your project and a breakdown of your contract, lead time, and costs. Once you are happy with the proposal, we will get started on your project.

3.      Phase 1: Draft

Our experienced designers will begin drafting up your project, with initial concepts to present to you to ensure you’re happy with the direction that your project is taking. This is your opportunity to provide us with feedback.

4.      Phase 2: Build

We take your feedback into consideration and start working on the build of your website. We will keep you updated along the way to ensure you are happy with how your website is taking shape.

5.      Phase 3: Presentation

Once your website build is complete, we will arrange a final meeting to showcase your website and offer any training (if required) on how to use your new website. This is the final stage so any last minute changes will happen here.

6.      Delivery

Now that you’re fully satisfied with your website, we’ll migrate the website to your domain where it will become visible to everyone on the internet. Now you can sit back and watch your website grow!

Frequently asked questions

This is entirely dependent on the scale of your project. A basic brochure website can take anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks, whilst a more complex website like an ecommerce website can take upwards of 6 weeks. We’ll always endeavour to complete your website in a timely manner, and notify you if projects are taking longer than expected.

Websites are priced according to the time involved. This includes research, concept, and development. Additional items such as bespoke graphics or custom functionality will be calculated at an extra cost. You will receive a full breakdown in your project proposal where you will be able to query any charges. We’re always transparent about our costs and try to be as affordable as possible.

Changes are inevitable in web design since you’re exposed to websites on a daily basis, you may see an idea you like and want to implement it in your website. We’re happy to include changes in the price, as long as your project is moving forward and before your project is finalised. Any major changes that disrupt the progress of the project, or changes requested after the project is signed off will incur additional charges at an hourly rate of £50 per hour.

You can be as brief or as specific as you like. During our initial meeting, we will have a friendly and informal chat to discuss your project and gain an understanding of what you want your website to look like. Of course, the more information you can provide us with will help a great deal, but we can also work with a very brief description too.

Once you’ve read and agreed to your project proposal, we ask for a 50% deposit to get the project started. Once we’re in receipt of this, your project will progress to Phase 1: Draft. Upon completion of your project and we receive confirmation that you’re happy with the works that we’ve carried out, the remaining 50% will be payable. Once we’ve received your final payment, we’ll deliver all assets to your specified email address and your website will become live.

Unfortunately, we don’t. We are specialist designers in WordPress websites, and pride ourselves on offering highly optimised sites that satisfy your visitor’s needs. WordPress is an industry leading CMS (Content Management System) that some of the top businesses in the world rely on. The possibilities of WordPress are endless and easy to implement, without any need for complex coding or specialist developers. This helps us to keep our prices low and offer shorter lead times.

We certainly encourage you to provide images or text to assist us to build your website. This helps your website to be highly personalised and show your visitors your work. Don’t worry if not, we’re experts in building websites from scratch. All of our images are sourced from reputable stock image websites, such as Shutterstock and iStock. All images we purchase are professional and high resolution, so there’s no need to hire a photographer.

Owning a website is like owning a social media account, with a little additional setup. We’ve dealt with many clients who’ve never had any experience with websites who are now pro web masters. Here’s a simple breakdown of what you can expect.

  1. You’ll provide us with information about your business, such as what it’s called and what services you offer
  2. We’ll browse domain registrars for you and offer you a list of available domain names that may appeal to you
  3. Once you’ve agreed on a domain name (remember this can’t be changed!), we’ll purchase it for you and register it in your name and address so it belongs to you
  4. Typically, domains take up to 48 hours to propagate. This process tells servers around the world that you’ve just purchased your web domain and it needs to be updated on the web to be visible. Very similar to telling your neighbours that you’ve just moved into your new house
  5. Your domain will remain ‘parked’ on the web until your new website is assigned to it. Don’t worry, we will put an ‘under construction’ notification on your website, redirecting your visitors to contact you via email or telephone in the meantime
  6. Once your website is built, we will assign it to your registered domain where your visitors will now be able to access your brand-new website!

SEO is a time-consuming and ongoing commitment; therefore we do not offer it as a service included in your website build.

Yes. All websites that we build will have an assigned mailbox of your choosing. This will work like any normal email address that you use and will be accessible from any location on all of your devices.

You can have unlimited pages if you choose to. Our basic websites come with 5 pages, a landing page, a services page, an about page, a blog page, and a contact page. If you feel that you need more, we can design additional pages to your liking. Please note that additional pages will be charged at an hourly rate of £50.
